Firearms Safety Authority IT Error Leads to Triple Dipping Billing Endorsement Holder

COLFO has today learned from a C-Cat endorsement holder who was deeply concerned to find that his credit card had been billed three times the correct fee when renewing his C-Cat endorsement this month.

The individual whom we will refer to as 'K' to maintain their privacy applied for their C-Cat (Collectors) license on Sunday, the 7th of June. They used the online platform and paid the $204 fee as required.
