ACT Releases Firearms Policy Consultation: Have Your Say by 26 October
The ACT Party has released a consultation document on its firearms policy, titled “ACT’s next steps for firearms reform.” ACT has told COLFO that the feedback it receives will inform its final election policy and any later coalition negotiations, and has asked for the document to be shared with clubs, members and other licensed firearm owners.
The COLFO board will review the document.
If you would like to have your say, please send your feedback to ACT directly at firearms@act.org.nz by Monday 26 October.
COLFO is politically neutral and does not support or oppose any party. We share consultation opportunities from any party seeking the views of licensed firearm owners.
The general election is on Saturday 7 November.
