We recently asked members who put money behind this work, whether they feel their investment and the benefits they get back are worth it. Those benefits include Sentinel: legal support, better communications, support for their clubs and businesses, and opportunities to win.

Currently we have over 11,000 licensed firearm owners on our free mailing list, and just 945 have joined as Sentinel Members.

Although COLFO's indirect membership is far greater than this, direct membership is what makes it all possible by keeping the lights on.

When we asked how likely these members were to recommend COLFO to a friend or family member, 95% scored 7 or more out of 10. And 82% of these scored us a 9 or 10. Clearly showing those who financially back us, see value in the work we are doing for them*.

So to be totally transparent, three people scored us less than a 5/10. Their primary concerns were wanting more discounts from brands (we're trying but it's hard without a big membership to overcome their worries about supporting "the gun lobby" publicly), wanting better merch (working on it), and wanting a stronger fight for pistol clubs and police out of the admin (we have an update on that will be in the newsletter this week).
